The former master of Hokuto Ryūken. He murdered his own wife and child after succumbing to Hokuto Ryūken's demonic possession, until Ryuken, who was the master of Hokuto Shin Ken, ultimately saved him. Jukei also instructed the three Rashō in his fighting style, as well as Shachi. He was referred to as the "Great Elder" by his students.
